Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI TicketSolved ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of Service
AI TicketSolved provides an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to automatically respond to customer inquiries using large language models and a customisable knowledge base.
The Service includes email integration, knowledge base management, analytics, Slack integration, and human-in-the-loop ticket review. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aiticketsolved.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
You may not share your account credentials, create accounts using automated means, or create accounts under false pretences.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended after 7 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing. We will provide at least 60 days' notice of price increases, which will take effect at your next renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content; (c) upload malware or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems; (e) reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; (f) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
6. Customer Data
"Customer Data" means any data you upload, submit, or generate through your use of the Service, including support tickets, knowledge base content, and customer information.
You retain ownership of all Customer Data. By submitting Customer Data to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We will not access, use, or disclose your Customer Data except: (a) to provide the Service; (b) as required by law; (c) as directed by you. We do not use your Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI TicketSolved and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain all rights to your Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data or content to us.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by your team for critical communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TICKETSOLVED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms.
Upon termination: (a) your right to access the Service ceases immediately; (b) we will retain your Customer Data for 30 days, during which you may request an export; (c) after 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. For users in the European Union, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
